Using this site

You can read, share and use this site for your own business and learning. You need to be old enough to enter into an agreement where you live to use the site's forms.

Working with me

The services and prices described on this site are information about how I work. They aren't a binding offer. Any work we do together is agreed in a proposal and contract that we both sign through my client portal (portal.theoptimized.ceo). If anything in that contract is different from these terms, the contract wins. Prices and offers can change.

The content is information, not advice

My blog posts, guides, quiz results, masterclasses and other content share general information and my own opinions. They aren't legal, financial, tax, accounting or employment advice, and they aren't a substitute for advice about your specific situation. Results I describe from client work are what happened for those clients. They aren't a promise of what will happen for you.

What's mine

The writing, images, videos, guides, templates, logo, design and frameworks on this site (including the Automated Beast SOP™) belong to me or are used with permission. You're welcome to link to the site and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back.

Without my written permission, please don't copy, republish, resell or repackage my content, present it as your own, or scrape it or use it to train AI models.

What you send me

Comments on blog posts are public. You're responsible for what you post. I may remove any comment, for example if it's abusive, off-topic, promotional or unlawful.

Testimonials sent through my testimonial form are shared only in the way you choose on the form. By sending one, you confirm the story is yours and that you have the right to share any photo or recording you include. You can ask me to stop featuring it at any time by emailing hello@theoptimized.ceo.

Poll votes and form answers are used as described in my Privacy Policy.

Using the site fairly

Please don't:

• Send spam or automated submissions through the forms
• Try to access parts of the site or its systems you aren't meant to
• Interfere with how the site runs, or upload anything harmful
• Pretend to be someone else, or use the site for anything unlawful

Free resources and events

Free resources like the pricing guide, the quiz and my live masterclasses are offered as they are. I can change, pause or end them at any time. Event spots can be limited.

Links to other sites

The site links to other places, such as my social media, my client portal, Google Docs and Canva. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No guarantees and limits

I work to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or right for your situation.

As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits anything that can't be limited by law.

Privacy, law and changes

How I handle your information is explained in my Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario will handle any dispute about them.

If I change these terms, I'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions are always welcome at hello@theoptimized.ceo.
